We offer a 2 year warranty on all consoles.
This covers hardware faults such as power failure, faulty disc readers, storage failures. Bundled controllers are covered for 6 months.
Warranty begin on the day of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Your console will be inspected, then repaired or replaced. Refunds are not offered for warranty claims. In the event that a repair or replacement isn't possible, you will be offered a Gift Card (or Sanctum Points) equivalent to the price you originally paid.
Damage detected to be caused by the customer is not covered at all by our warranty. This includes but is not limited to: water damage, poor storage, obvious dents and scratches that were not present during dispatch.
The Game Sanctum™ reserves the right to deny warranty claims.
