FREE. We use Royal Mail & DPD for the majority of our items. Same day dispatch (cut off is around 1pm) There is no minumum order value.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information. If you supply your phone number, you will also receive a text with tracking information and a delivery estimate.

Returns
Our standard returns policy is 30 days*. For any item that is defective or damaged in transit, we will provide a returns label at our cost. If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we ask that the buyer pays
We also offer a 90 Day Guarantee on custom controllers & accessories. If your product has failed, broken or hasn't lived up to it's description within 90 days, you can return it for an exchange (or repair where possible)

Refurbished Warranty
Every refurbished console comes with a full (previously 12) 24-month warranty covering the console hardware itself
The warranty begins on the date of delivery
Covers: System faults (disc drive, storage, power, etc)
Excludes: Controllers, cables, and accessories
If a fault occurs, we’ll repair or replace your console.
Disclaimer:
The Game Sanctum reserves the right to refuse warranty claims at it's discretion. Exclusions can include (but are not limited to) obvious signs of neglect (dents, scratches to screen, liquid damage, sunlight damage etc.)
Backwards Compatibility
Sometimes a game released on Xbox Series X will work on Xbox One, and sometimes it won't! Here's some pointers to help you identify backwards compatible games:
1) Look for "Smart Delivery" on Xbox products products. "Cross-Gen" may also be used on PlayStation titles
2) Look at the cover. Does the title JUST say Xbox Series X rather than Xbox Series X & Xbox One? It may only work on Xbox Series X

Wholesale
The Game Sanctum is a B2C retailer and reserves the right to cancel any order (even for 1 item) suspected to be business / wholesale related. Video games are subject to a maximum order of 5 per retail customer. Consoles are subject to a maximum of 1 per customer. If you wish to order in bulk, we offer a separate service.
