Sanctum Support - Statement
The Game Sanctum has pivoted, changed and evolved over time but our commitment to buying local, sustainability, eco-friendly packaging and charitable causes has not changed.
Whilst we don't always advertise what we do, I wanted to write a short statement:
Our business has donated money, games, toys and clothes to charitable causes in and around our local area (West Midlands). We have donated money (from our wonderful customers) to Birmingham LGBT through the sale of our custom hand-painted LGBT controllers (which are created by a local designer). When also possible, we include free extras to our returning customers.
When I started The Game Sanctum, part of my vision was (and still is) to create a company that directly engages with all potential, current and returning customers on a personal level. No AI, no corporate language, just simple human-to-human conversation.
This is why we have returning customers who may not know what they are looking for, but through direct communication, we can help, advise and create custom deals for those who are are looking to gift gaming products to their family and friends.
Now to the point:
Without getting too political, the economic situation in the UK is making life incredibly difficult. As a citizen, life is difficult. As a business owner, life is difficult. Costs are through the roof for every person and business right now.
Gaming is for everyone (regardless of how much money you have), but like everything right now, gaming is expensive. Even older consoles and games are steadily increasing in price.
If you are on a tight budget and looking for a gift for a family member or friend, please reach out via our contact page. I will personally email you back. I don't need details, but if you want to share any details or if you simply want to talk, I will do my best to help. I can't make any promises but I will do my best to find you the best price and where we have any excess stock, I will try to include some free extras.
Thank you for supporting a small business.
